I like to read a book when I'm not working. Doesn't have to be finance related. Clearly a lot harder in the office due to facetime and perspective issues but when WFH it can help slow things down and relax the mind. Going out for a walk or getting a quick work out in is also a good idea. People who say "I don't have time to workout" are capping. We can all find the 10-15 mins to throw on a pair of sneakers and go for a jog or do some pushups/sit-ups next to our desk.
I practiced coding and read. I would suggest you do the latter rather than the former.
Additionally, since the beginning of COVID-19 in March 2020, I've gone on a walk every day. This includes some time spent working in IB, even though that's not what I do now
Lol WFH is the easy part. That free time flies by because I'm just doing usual things I like to do and it flies by. The in-office side of things...now that would helpful
