Programming my way into IB as a student
Hi, first time writing here (hope to be in the right section), I'm an undergrad student from a non-target uni in Italy, and while studying for my last year here I developed a quite interest in "pure" Finance. I started studying economics just because I didn't get admitted to engineering school (but nowadays I think I was lucky af, I love this ) so I had no time left to try Bocconi admission; now I'm programming to send the admission for the Finance MsC but realistically it's almost impossibile to join without having stellar grades (know a guy with 3.5GPA, from Bocconi and still didn't managed to get in Finance MsC); then I'm trying to join an MsC in a public uni in Milan (Quant Finance) with the only objective to perform at best even trying to get some internship to boost my CV (already have a C1 English Certificate and various abroad study experiences).
After all this wall of text I have some questions for you all:
1) It may be a good idea to attend a Bocconi Master's Degree after my MsC?
2) Can you tell me some good places (banks preferably) where to do internships? (summer/off-cycle)
P.s. I attended the Bocconi Test for MsC with 75% correct answers but with a 3 GPA (I had some problems at last year and lost 0.5 points)
