Project Finance in Japanese Bank?

Anyone has an idea about the career prospect (internal promotion/exit opp) and pay of being a junior analyst in a Japanese bank project finance role (one of Japan's 3 megabanks)?

In terms of exit opp (after working there for a year or two), will I be significantly disadvantaged compared with people who worked in Big4 TS as a senior (which I also got an offer)?

Thanks!
