Promoted but burnt out & want to resign

Just got promoted to associate after 2 years of complete and utter hell. Seriously I think these years will haunt me for the rest of my life.

I’m still working 80-90 hours a week at the moment, and most of my accounts/deals don’t have an analyst beneath me. Because of this, it’s nearly impossible to study / interview. How bad is it if i quit without anything lined up?

I just need this nightmare to end.
