I went through 2-3 rounds, then did a 3-hour case study, followed by 5-6 more rounds (let’s call this “Phase 2”).

in phase 2, virtually all of the interviews had asked if I had spoken with anyone there yet and informing me of the case study (which was completed weeks prior). Clearly had no notes/feedback from prior rounds

in the last round, the employee said they didn’t like bankers and thought I was a flight risk, both points that were vetted earlier in the process

i liked the people, nice & sharp folks, but ops there is clearly a shitshow

On a deal with them, pretty much seen them in everything and they typically seem to favor UCC work. Was in interview process with them at one point and the Miami and LA offices work together on a lot of the creditor work. Debtor work is coming out of New York/Greenwich team and Vegas. Pay is higher than I thought (look at their fee statements in comparison to other shops) and at the senior level it seems incredibly high. Didn’t get the offer personally and can confirm the hiring process is incredibly brutal.
