Citi is a lot bigger than Barclays in pub fin just going by league tables. No idea which place is better in terms of culture though.
Which league table? I just see FI and equities, no muni tab under fixed income

Citi is significantly stronger in PubFin than Barclays from a league tables / deal prospective. Culturally, Citi is hybrid while Barclays is 5 days in office.
