Was curious how opportunities are in Public Finance M&A IB roles focused on Healthcare? In other words, what sorts of deals would one expect in this space, how is compensation (relative to corporate IB) in terms of salary and bonus at the BB level, hours, and exit opportunities to hedge funds and private equity. Also, how easy would it be to transition into other areas of IB in case you wish to switch along the way? Thx.
