what about specific fonts? in MS work and excel

For the color for fills and or font color, get the color you want, and then in the drop down right click on the color and then click add Gallery to quick access toolbar.
You do the same exact thing with the fonts as well. Just click the drop down for the fonts and then right click on the font and click add gallery
I don't want the gallery; I want just one color up there so I don't have to type in the RGB code everytime I need it.
Did you at least do what I said instead of just denying my advice? By listening you would realize that regardless of what the words say, it's exactly what you want in practice.
