PWP Base
Hi all! I'm an incoming SA 2023 at PWP, and was just wondering if the firm's raised it's base for analysts at all, as I signed my offer all the way back in April when base was $110k. Thanks for any insight!

Still 110 I think for first years. Goes to 125 for A2 and 150 for A3 (.5 years until A2A on w stub bonus beginning CY)
Thanks for the info. Are you aware of any plans to raise given the last other EB holdout, Moelis, raised to 115?
No clue. Bonuses this year were pretty good though vs rest of street
I’ll actually add that pwp is pretty conscious of comp for juniors. It’s a small bank so turnover hits a bit harder vs BBs. Every junior I talked to was happy with comp this year. The 5-10k difference in salary doesn’t mean that much on total comp basis
