Recently went through the process for the SA position. Here's what it was like:

1) First-round 15 min call with someone from Dartmouth Partners. Typical fit questions: Tell me about yourself, Why PWP, Why IB, Recent deal from PWP, Something not on your CV

2) Second-round 45 min Video Interview with Dartmouth Partners again: 80% technicals, 20% fit. You should be fine if you read the BIWS/WallStPrep guides, typical questions include Walk me through a DCF, and a bunch of "tell about the impact of $xxx increase on the 3 financial statements" questions

3) Assessment Center. 4 interviews with Associates/Directors + 1 one-hour case study (build a one/two pager of a company and explain why it would be a good or bad investment) + 1 math test. One of the 4 interviews is very technical, one is about the case study, and the remaining two are fit interviews

Best of luck

it's all about the culture bro, learn it, that's why they create those website pages with "why we/culture/history/etc"
