PWP NY in 2022? Exits, Culture, Reputation. Comparison to other EB's?

Curious about the general opinion of PWP in 2022. I've seen some really polarizing stuff about the bank over the past couple of years on here so I want to gauge the general opinion now. How are the exits, how is the culture. And how would you compare it to other EBs?
