PWP Preparation - Skills Test

Hey WSO - I wanted to see if anyone has insight into Perella Weinberg Partners' interview process? Specifically, what's included in their on-sight skills test.

I built a connection with one of PWP's senior guys, and there's now an opening for me to throw my name into the hat for a junior position. Fortunately, I've had the opportunity to meet with my senior contact at PWP's NYC office, who sat me down with HR to discuss their hiring process in the event I wanted to make a lateral move from my current firm. HR laid out the general process, and mentioned they give an on-sight skills test. From prior WSO posts on PWP, I found some helpful technical questions, but no info on the skills test.

It might be overkill, but if anyone is willing to share insights on what is included in their modeling test, that would be much appreciated!

(For context, I'm currently at an RX consulting firm and have M&A experience from past internships in undergrad. PWP has always been high on my list, primarily because of Joe Perella's history and their impressive roster of senior bankers.)

From that it's implied that you knew there was a position opening prior to talking with HR...

Apologies for the confusion - let me clarify the timeline a bit.

I accepted my current job last October as a senior in undergrad.

In November, I got in contact with a senior guy at PWP, who became a mentor. His advice at the time was to hold onto the job offer I currently had accepted.

This past summer, I had the opportunity to meet with the mentor at PWP's NYC office. He understood PWP was a firm I'd be interested in working with long-term, so after we chatted, he introduced me to a lady on their HR team. I talked with HR for a bit, and as we wrapped up, both HR and the senior banker said to stay in touch in case I decided I'd like to change firms. There was no immediate opportunity at the time.

Fast forward to today, there's now an opportunity I'm interested in interviewing for at PWP. Given that HR gave me insight into their interview process, I'm wondering if anyone on WSO is willing to offer any insight. Thanks!
