From my understanding, they lost a few big Partners years back, but have been rebuilding the team quickly. They’ve worked in government Rx, large corporate Rx (in every industry), and even got tapped by the US Treasury to do work with the airlines over COVID. With that being said, I think it is clear they are strong. From my understanding that also exit very well.

These are all good things that I’ve heard, but I’d say there are “better” shops like PJT RSSG. At the end of the day though it doesn’t really matter, you’re going to make money, enjoy deals, and exit better than average on the street.

Thanks for the insight. My #1 worry is the group not being anywhere near as good as what it was a few years ago.

I can assure you they do just fine in terms of deal flow and PE recruiting. Are you an incoming SA or full-time? (You also may have 1-2 years for growth in a potential downturn to help your case)
