Based on the most helpful WSO content, there is no specific mention of Qatalyst 2025 M&A Advisory Graduate Analyst applications or updates from Dartmouth Partners in the provided context.

If you have applied and are waiting to hear back, it might be useful to check with others who have applied or directly follow up with Dartmouth Partners for any updates.

To tell the truth: when I saw Dartmouth Partners running the Qatalyst hiring mandate, I let out a deep sigh and disappointment.

They're so pathetic, honestly. These people cannot understand what a proper CV looks like and just hand out interviews based on feel.

Not only did they fuck up the CVP invite but they just seem to be so bad at running mandates across the board. It's a nepotism freak show - if you know someone there, you're in. If not, no.

It makes no sense - I know someone who works there and I wouldn't trust her to read a CV to save my life.

They put the invitation online and still went on LinkedIn to privately source candidates who they wanted to invite for it.

So, what was the point of even putting it online? It was a waste of everyone's time if in the end, they only go for Oxbridge / LSE students anyway with prior internships by contacting them through LinkedIn or close friends of theirs that they know socially (yes, it does happen).

I understand why they go for that background but why bother putting up the page and accepting applications? I sign up to BB events and they seem to be pretty fair with who they accept. I went to one the other week and there were people from non-targets too, which was good fun.

My issue with them is more the fact that they are uselessly unaware and incompetent in their job to attract the best applicants. They just don't. I find BBs much more reliable (with the exception of UBS and Citi because fuck knows what goes on in their heads).

I believe it is quite normal to have a third party manage a process for such a lean boutique (cannot even imagine how many people will apply there on couple of spots). From what I heard, the process becomes very structured and efficient as soon as Qatalyst picks it up themselves.
