Question about Credit-Suisse recruiting online

Hi Guys,

I was looking to apply online to Credit Suisse FT IBD per the request of an alumni contact who works there and wants to push my resume through to a recruiter. The only problem is they haven't put up their IBD FT jobs but they have already put up Summer IBD positions. I always thought FT would be posted well before. Is this normal? I knew they were laying off a few thousand people but I assumed this wouldn't change analyst recruiting. Any thoughts?

The problem I am having is he asked me specifically to apply online and then give him a call to pass the application personally to the recruiter. This individual is very high up on the totem pole and I didn't want to bother him with questions about the lack of IBD job postings online. Do you think its better just to submit everything to him and wait for the site to be updated later? Any help is appreciated!
