Question about model review process

How are you guys actually reviewing model changes across versions on live deals?

When a model goes from v7 → v12 with multiple people editing, how do you answer:
– what changed
– why it changed
– whether anything broke

Are you just manually diffing in Excel, relying on comments, or something else?

My VP takes hours to get back to me, and I just spend my whole time waiting for feedback.
