Question about talking about my company and school activities in My Story?

Hi, my story as of far starts with where I was born/raised, goes on to when i first got interest finance, then jumps to college about me majoring in whatever. after this, I start talking about school activities for 1 or 2 sentences then go on about internships in chronological order. finally, at the end I talk about how that internship wasn't really what i wanted and why i want to go into banking.

I have two questions:

Is it ok to talk about school activities or should I leave it to mention when they ask about "When was a time you were in a project", etc?

I started some company and how can I throw that in without screwing the continuity? Or should I just leave it for the behavioral questions like "What is a strength?" ans: I am goal driven, started company.

Ideally, for interviews should I talk only about internships and their relevance to banking? Thank you guy!!
