Question for people at BB banks

This is a question for career bankers or aspiring career bankers. With bonuses being flat year over year on average, with BofA screwing over everyone over again, is being a career banker at a BB even worth it anymore? Or does it make more sense to do 2 years or something at a BB to get the resume addition and then go to a well paying MM or a lifestyle bank? Or if you’re lucky enough an elite boutique for the pay bump. Again this is for people staying in IB, not trying to break into PE, PC, HF, etc.

Thanks!
