1) Does Barcap take sophomores for IBD? Assume target ivy, previous boutique experience. 2) The recruiting website says acceptance is on a rolling basis. Is this true? My GPA is just below 3.45 and I think I can pull it up this semester. Would it be better to wait until the end of December to apply or is that too late?
