Questions about disability

So I am interviewing with firms and I do very well with the behavioral questions. I also am very good with working in an non interview setting -- made USAMO 3/4 years in HS, semi-target school, high SATs, high GPA in college, leadership roles ect. The thing I have trouble with -- is mental math, working while people watch me like during an interview, and pronouncing/spelling words because I am dyslexic.

Should I tell firms that I am dyslexic? How will they react? I got a hedge fund interview and did well on an online exam/phone interview but then when I met in person, they thought I was an idiot because I had trouble pronouncing new words and mixed up numbers in my head. I have avoided telling schools or anyone because I feel like it would be looked down upon. It has hurt me before but never to this extent.
