Quick (and hopefully simple) Excel Question
Hope someone can help me out with this. Let's say that I have data that goes left to right... C1, C2, C3, C4...C998, C999, etc.
How do I quickly reverse the data and make it go C999, C998...C4, C3, etc? In this example, the data is not alphabetical so I can't just use data->sort.
Insert a column. Number the rows 1 through 999 with autofoll. In the next column over link to d999-current row. Then copy paste these values into the original location.
There's probably an easier way...
Might be an easier way but that's pretty easy. Seems so obvious now (I'm an idiot)... thank you for the help.
perhaps not the best way to do it but copy the data and then do a paste special (transpose so u can past the data vertically. then add numbers in on the column next to it and drag the numbers as far as you need them. then sort the numbers from high to low but make sure to expand the selection so it reverses the data you want
