Quick question on stock options for key execs of a company disclosed on edgar proxy statement

Hi guys,

This might be a silly question, I was trying to gather up last outstanding stock options given to key executive members of companies in F&B industry.

To be more specific, I want to know how many shares the execs other than CEO/CFO/COO were paid in stock options so that I can calculate % figures compared to the total number of shares outstanding of the company.

Take Starbucks as an example, I checked the latest proxy statement released, but could only find the info on stock options in dollar amount.

I found 2 tables with column for # of shares, but I don't think that one was a relevant one.

Is this kind of info disclosed on the proxy statement on EDGAR?
