As the title suggests, what was the quickest an analyst has quit from your bank and why? how often do people quit without having their next job lined up?

Heard about a couple people who quit during training. Quickest for me I've seen was 2 months after training or so.
Seen quite a few Analysts quit in the ~6 months mark over the past couple of years.
It's usually when training is done and when work really starts to pick up. Some people realize they can't handle or don't want to handle the hours and quit.
