Doesn't their company page on this website provide an idea? I remember a 1st year VP cleared 500K a few years back. I'm sure it's likely higher now. Can be very sweaty though since it's a merchant bank and all junior bankers work IB/PE type of projects. Very cool corp dev exits into the industry though.
