Does Raine ever take laterals at the analyst level? There's no careers section, only a recruiting email that I'm guessing no one ever looks at. I really like the industry(s) they work in and the business model. I'm just not sure how I'd ever know if they were hiring without having a friend that works there or going to a target school for mba. Didn't really want to blast a bunch of cold emails and potentially annoy someone if they're not even hiring in the foreseeable future since it's a small firm, but may have to. Any thoughts or insight?
Not entirely sure, but I go to one of their targets and saw a lateral posting on handshake a couple months back.

not sure about your question, but I was on their SA process and they seem very interested in the school, their school choice in the online app was like 6 heavy targets and "others"
Yeah looking at their website it looks like its 99% people from targets but there are a couple non-targets that slipped in
