Do you normally get a raise when you get your stub bonus? I am joining a BB as a new associate out of bschool and the firm has a rotation through 3 coverage and/or product groups for the first year - in this situation is it rare to get a raise along with the stub?
Also, what are the typical 1st year through 3rd year associate raises like?
