Randomly getting contacted for an interview - safe to reply?
Hi,
Someone sent me a Linkedin message saying he wants to talk to me about jobs at his company. The company is legit. According to the profile, he is a Recruiter, lives in the town of my school, and seems legit. However, I'm paranoid if that's a scam and I don't want to give my phone number to random people. What do you guys think I should do? Should I just at least pick up the phone?
Thanks
Yes, (these days) it is compeltely normal.
Go for it. Probably have more to gain than to loose.
how do you still not know the difference between lose and loose?
Just be all like "SURE! I'd love to try out for the traveling, singing clown delivery man position! When can we talk?"
For sure, recruiters treat linkedin as their holy grail.
