BofA Barc DB Nomura easily

I’d say order as follows:
BofA (no comparison with others, head and shoulders above)
DB (doing ok, recovering, hiring MDs instead firing)
Barc (lots of MDs left recently, high attrition, crappy morale - speaking from experience)
Nomura (what? They are not a serious player in Europe. Struggling to remember them on a deal in L5Y)
This is the only right answer
Nomura is only good for Greentech maybe consumer and tmt. Other firms are better all around.
