Rate me as a transfer student. Where else should I apply?

Would appreciate if you guys could recommend some schools that I should apply to that aren't on my list. I want to land a job in IB after undergrad. I am currently at a community college in the DMV area (dc,md,va)

Here is my background: Ethnicity: Pakistani Male, 19yrs GPA: 3.5, I realize it's on the lower end but my EC's make up for it in my opinion.. Very nice upward trend, my only two C's are from my first semester which was while I was in HS, dual enrolled in my CC. Background: First generation, both parents are now successful but started off with nothing at all. Come from humble roots. Personal Statement: I can directly tie my personal statement to why any school that is a target/semi target and where I plan to go after my education is complete. I have a true desire to work in finance and a natural interest in economics/current affairs. My personal statement will be individually to any schools I apply to. I realize that may sound pretentious but honestly any target/semi-target with prospects for IB that I can get into is a school for me. Extracurriculars: I am the president of two clubs at my school. One is a finance/banking club, the other is a club for unrepresented minorities that want to excel in the professional world. In both clubs my role is to facilitate and help my peers learn everything they can about the field/future they want to work in. We also hold charity and fundraiser events/hold meetings weekly to help each other out working towards our goals. (From getting an A in that calc 2 class to perfecting the transfer app to an ivy) Work: Not sure if this will be useful or not, but I work in data analytics for a successful startup that was recently bought for ~$30MM. It's a very attention to detail job and I work with excel and some online databases.

Schools I am applying to this fall: UVA, W&M, GWU, NYU, UMD, and Syracuse Thank you in advance!

Do you have a sense of what the equivalency is between your CC's GPA and a standard collegiate GPA would be? I don't know a ton of transfers from community college, but have gotten the impression that you need to be very near a 4.0 to be competitive.

Also, I'm just busting your balls/tagged that guy because someone else asked WSO to chance them yesterday (which I haven't seen) and that guy made a comment about College Confidential.

On the whole, though, I think the appropriate route would be to find safeties that are either in the school system you want to end up in (e.g. something in the Virginia school system with ultimate hopes of transferring into UVA) or just tack on a range of safeties varying in "safeness" to ensure you get in somewhere if you're uncertain.
