I've heard good things about the RJ SF culture. Given how different they are in geography and coverage, just weigh your city preference against your coverage preference.
Thanks for comment - I am having a hard time doing so. I feel like life sciences is better but being in San Fran is expensive and I have loans.
It's expensive, but definitely doable in a way that you're still paying off loans pretty quickly. Of course if you have kids/dependents then that pushes it out more
Don't think you can go wrong either way, and I can't speak for Minneapolis, but SF is a pretty great city to live in/near. You may also find that there are more opportunities in the bay area as well if you don't end up staying in banking.
*oops meant to hit reply
Thanks for the insights. Good points. I don't know much about MLPS either but believe PJ is the better brand
Work life balance in industrials at Piper can be pretty fucking brutal. It's weird - they're either not busy at all or just getting bent over, no in between.
