Raymond James London Pay?!

I heard Raymond James is paying the following in their IBD division in London:

  • Associate 1: £140k base
  • Associate 2: £150k base
  • Associate 3: £160k base
  • Bonuses: I heard all associates got approximately 100% bonuses

Does anyone know if this is true, are they really paying Associates 1 to 3 a total comp of £280k - £320k?!

Know the head of Europe reasonably well.

Great pay, especially vs other MM deal shops.

Sweaty though, but good deal flow. Its a stepping stone for many analysts either up brand or into MM PE.

Sponsors M&A (London)

Can confirm pay, not sure what bonuses are but since most teams are smaller in headcount and some have good deal flow, bonuses are usually good making RJ pay top of street. Culture team dependent like most banks as are hours. When it's good it's good, when it's bad and certain teams are insanely understaffed; it gets very sweaty. Best teams T&S, Consumer and Healthcare in that order

Not sure about Baird’s presence in London but heard they’re expanding, think some thread mentioned their Healthcare team poached some MDs from Laz and MS. William Blair TMT and RJ T&S probably quite equal, very strong teams for a MM shop. WB HC is probably the best in the MM space after Roths and Jeffs, RJ healthcare isn’t bad at all but definitely not as big (WB has a fairly big team from what I heard). HW pay similar to RJ, don’t know what they do in London sector wise.
