RBC Pay and Benefits
Starting at RBC IB as a first year soon and wondering if the bank has updated pay to $110k and has had any changes to benefits like immediate 401k matches, etc?

I don't think they will raise base. They raised to $100K from $95K late last year.
RBC 3rd year here, my base is $110K. Does RBC not do immediate 401K matches anymore? I had that when I first joined in 2019

I was second bucket and got close to 100% current base. Cleared $200k all-in
Read somewhere that RBC implemented two-5 consecutive days off per year and quarterly long weekends. How much truth is there to that?
Currently only one.
based on my analysts peacing out of live deals on their PTO for 5 consecutive days plus weekend, yeah they seem to take it pretty seriously.
