I applied to RBC a month ago and completed the online tests before receiving an email saying my application is under review and my CV , test results and application form will be under review. I got an email recently from the company saying that I have an under consideration for a telephone interview. I was wondering, what the likelihood of me actually receiving a telephone interview is, and if everyone reaches this stage if they pass the online assessments.
