as the title goes, currently working for a PE shop and want to look elsewhere for full time.
what’s the best way to go about this without having my firm catch wind that even before the internship ends i’m looking elsewhere. i enjoy the work and don’t mind the hours but i feel disconnected from my team/don’t think i fit the culture. thanks
