Re-recruiting help - London
Hi. I’m about to start a FT position as an An1 at a private credit firm (ignore title) focusing on distressed debt, based in London.
I graduated in 2025 and was wondering how common it is to re-recruit for BB/EB teams through grad programs for teams like Rx, LevFin, or even DCM.
Do you guys know of anyone who has done this or something similar? Are there particular banks/team that are more open to his style of recruiting?
