Reaching back out after Interview etiquette?

Hey Guys,

I had a first round interview a week ago from today, the HR person who I interviewed with said I should reach back out early to mid of this week to follow-up, but she planned on reaching back out she said. I wrote on Tuesday asking for feedback/follow-up, and haven't heard a response yet. (This was after a thank you letter, so I just replied within the thank you letter chain).

Do I a) Write or call back again today? b) Wait until Monday or Tuesday of next week to write again? c) Not write back anymore at all for the next week so it doesn't sound like I'm over eager for a first round?

*I'm expecting some witty flame remarks from the WSO community b/c I've offered a multiple choice response.

Thanks!
