Reading Bad Reviews
I'm trying to take reviews with a grain of salt, because obviously 5 reviews can't tell you much about company culture...but if you were to read reviews a company with less than a thousand employees, and all 5 reviews are extremely negative (i.e., toxic managers, forced to work overtime and not being paid, bullying employees)...would this raise a red flag? It's only 5 reviews out of hundreds of employees who work there.
Bump
Customers are afraid to be the first. People look and study reviews before placing an order. They do not want to be the first, they want to get into the hands of experienced specialists. There are no reviews and cases, which means you are a beginner. In this case, I bought from AccFarm - Trustpilot Positive Reviews. Thus, I showed clients that I can be trusted.
Obviously would not work there. You'd have to be an idiot to willignly work there if you have other options.
