Reading More

My Directors are always telling me to spend more time reading earnings reports, transcripts and broker research to help improve writing text / commentary in our marketing materials. My group is notoriously sweaty (energy in Houston) and I feel like I hardly have time for discretionary reading. I support 3 active verticals and my Director only manages 1.

How do folks handle this to improve their skills in writing meaningful commentary in books?
