Ready made order book software for personal app/game.

Good afternoon, 

I am looking for ready-made order book software to for a personal project I would like to work on so my friends and I can invest in each other and our ideas for fun. I am looking for any ready made software that would allow me to enter and cancel limit bids. If you have any knowledge on this please feel free to leave your thoughts. I am a sophomore in college so any software that is either free, open source or cheap is best for me. I have very limited experience coding so anything that is as close to out of the box is most probable to work. Thank you again.
