First of all you have every dumbass from your high school posting on Facebook about how they plan to get rich owning "investment properties". Then you have scam artists peddling dogs shit real estate courses all over the place. Not to mention greasy little rodent broker/agents charging obscene fees for doing jack shit in a sale process - great job, you showed an apartment for 5 minutes on a Sunday with a line out the door, lots of hard work to market the listing I'm sure. The same sleazeballs will later suck themselves off on LinkedIn posting shit like "Best sales month ever!!!!"

It’s interesting because crypto and NFT douchebags usually fizzle out when everyone gets bored or it crashes, but real estate cockroaches just don’t quit lmao. I genuinely think its always been like this to a degree
