Real Estate People are the Worst

Saw a comment the other day about how real estate has become the latest and greatest meme asset class along with shitcoins and NFTs and it's totally fucking true.

First of all you have every dumbass from your high school posting on Facebook about how they plan to get rich owning "investment properties". Then you have scam artists peddling dogs shit real estate courses all over the place. Not to mention greasy little rodent broker/agents charging obscene fees for doing jack shit in a sale process - great job, you showed an apartment for 5 minutes on a Sunday with a line out the door, lots of hard work to market the listing I'm sure. The same sleazeballs will later suck themselves off on LinkedIn posting shit like "Best sales month ever!!!!"

Can't wait for the crash. NB4 real estate rats saying "well ACKSHUALLY…"

You mad bud? Real estate is a core asset class. Say what you want about current prices (lots of supply and demand dislocation) but it has been a long time coming.
