Reality of trying to lateral from BO to FO?
Recently accepted an offer for a BO internship at a BB. I’m a non-target and could only secure this position.
Now what am I facing? Any tips on leveraging this experience to a FO (MO to some extent such as Structuring/Derivatives)?
I will be starting soon and really want to get the most out of this experience…
