Really Confused

I go to a non-target school but I see GS MS Moelis and other banks posting SA positions in IB on the handshake. Does that mean they are trying to recruit from my school? None of them host any info sessions or anything. Do banks post at all non-target schools or it means something?

There is no universal list of target schools despite what WSO will tell you. Each firm, division, and group has its own campuses that it will target. Some firms have a tiered approach where they will have full OCR schools, some that just get resume drops with virtual recruiting, and others (non-targets) that will get no OCR at all. Sounds like your school falls into the second camp, so you may as well get to applying and networking.
