Reasons to Lateral FT
Currently looking to lateral, but really only for exit opps (@ a MM rn where I like the work and culture)
What are some good reasons I can use to justify wanting to leave such a firm in an interview, or reasons you have seen working in similar scenarios in the past? (apart from specific pros for the firm I’m interviewing at, what are reasons to want to leave the place I am currently at beyond exit opps)
