Reasons to select BB over EB?

After seeing a post "BB vs EB" it seemed that the vast majority of people would consider a EB gig to be better than most BB opportunities aside from some BB groups (GS TMT/FIG). I've heard all the reasons why EBs are better: pay/exit opps (in general)/job security/pure M&A exposure. And I myself picked an EB over a top BB for my SA however, that was due to the people of the firm and not really about pay/exit opps.

So can anyone tell me in what aspects are BBs better than EBs and why would someone with both offers take a BB aside from culture and layman prestige.

Curious to hear answers.
