Recent Grad Advice

Hey all,

I am a 2015 graduate from a target Ivy. I also played a sport and rather than pursue banking immediately after graduating I played my sport professionally this summer. I suffered an injury and decided its time to take on the real world and am hoping I could get some advice on being hired off-cycle.

I have all the accolades both academically and athletically that the big banks look for as well as one internship with a private equity firm. That being said how realistic is it to hope to be hired by a big bank? Am I correct that most of the firms have just finished training their incoming class of 2015 graduates?

Thanks for the help!
