Reckless driving

Hello I have a reckless charge pending its a misdemeanor b, i hear background checks start when you start working . so this charge is in the courts right now hasnt even been called for a court date. I was just driving over the limit so this will probably turned into a misdemeanor c. So should i let companies know before I get a offer letter, when should I let them know. Also, if n e one has had this charge, is it a make it or break it ?

krakendon't worry, bankers are expected to be reckless...

Yeah, that's as good as coming from a target.

You should be fine. If it comes up in an interview, just be upfront.

I have about 10 of those, you should only worry if you have a DWI (coming from HR). Unless of course you are applying at UPS to be a truck driver.
