Reconciliations or Settlement in OPS?

Hi guys, I am facing two opportunities in BB. One is in Reconciliations, the other is in Settlement.

I really don't know much about operations. I know Ops is not good start in banking industry. But I don't have other better offers at this time.

I want to know between Reconciliations or Settlement, which one is more important in investment bank, and has higher bonus or better career path. Please give me some advice or information about these choices. Thanks.
