Recruiting Cycles for Post-Undergraduate

Hi guys,

If I graduated this past May and have been working the past few months in another non-IBD job, is it possible to sneak into fall recruiting cycles? OCR is starting/started but since I've already graduated is it still possible to get into those recruiting cycles? Or will I only be eligible to apply for off-cycle positions (ie. an analyst quits)?

Thanks

so i'm in a similar situation. As far as I know, you can't participate in any on campus recruiting done on site (obviously) but you should still be able to drop resumes for positions in which there is no specific restriction stating 201X year graduate only. Unfortunately, most entry analyst positions seemed to be aimed at the new graduates, since banks like people fresh out of college for such positions.

Same situation and this is what I have been noticing as well. MM and boutique banks tend to have significantly less rigid structures than the BBs and there seem to be more off cycle opportunities.
