Recruiting differences between New York, London and Frankfurt
I am german and will recruit in Frankfurt and so far I would say that networking and things like cold calling and these stuffs are rather uncommon here in Frankfurt. In Frankfurt you can easily recruit without any contacts by just having a good profile.
Personally I like these kind of recruiting culture much more, what do you think about these differences?
