Recruiting for Associate in 2022 with relocation - advise needed

I am currently an IB an ER analyst at an emerging market for an MM IB (respected one in my region). I am the only analyst for my bank covering my country, and I work directly with my country's MD and with the seniors from the head office in another country (per WhatsApp, etc.). I previously worked as an analyst for a local stock exchange.

By 2022, I will have the following under my belt: 3.5 years of experience in the industry (with experience in both ER coverage as well as IB deals with bonds and IPOs/SPOs), ACCA Charter, MSc in Professional Accountancy from the University of London.

In 2022, I would like to move to Europe (read London/Frankfurt/Zurich, etc.) for an Associate position at BB. Language profile - fluent English, German, Russian. What are my chances and how can I increase them? Perhaps CFA Level 1?

Thanks for all the replies.
